born 1980 in Heidelberg, Germany. Studied at the Film and Television Department, KHS, University of Kassel under Prof. David Safarian and Prof. Yana Drouz. After her exam she was a Master student under Prof. Yana Drouz. Already her first student film was selected for the International Filmfestival Rotterdam. Since then she directed and produced numerous internationally awarded films in Germany and abroad. She is part of NUR film group, a group of internationally working productions by filmmakers from different countries, founded by David Safarian, Yana Drouz and their students.
